Exercise of Quoted Options

Future Metals NL (Future Metals or the Company) (ASX | AIM: FME), announces
that it has received a notice of exercise in respect of ASX quoted options
(ASX:FMEO) to subscribe for 65,694 new ordinary shares of no par value in the
capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of A$0.10 per Ordinary
Share (the "Option Shares").

 

Admission to trading on AIM and total voting rights

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange plc for the admission
to trading on AIM of the Option Shares, which is expected to take effect and
dealings commence at 8.00 a.m. (BST) on or around 17 June 2024 ("Admission").

The number of Ordinary Shares in issue, and the total voting rights in the
Company, on Admission, will be 572,540,495. This figure may be used by
shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine
whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change of their
interest in, the Company under the provisions of the Company's constitution.

This announcement has been approved for release by the Company Secretary of
Future Metals NL.
