Transactions in own shares

 

Future plc (the Company) (LSE: FUTR) announces today it has purchased the
following number of its ordinary shares of 15 pence each through J.P. Morgan
Securities plc.

 

 Date of purchase:                               17 June 2024
 Aggregate number of ordinary shares purchased:  3,850
 Lowest price paid per share:                    983.5000
 Highest price paid per share:                   998.0000
 Average price paid per share:                   989.8921

The Company intends to cancel the purchased shares.

 

Since 22 May 2024, the Company has purchased 787,466 shares at a cost
(including dealing and associated costs) of £8,324,638.56.

 

Following the above transaction, the Company holds zero of its ordinary shares
in treasury and has 114,416,434 ordinary shares in issue.
