Frencken Group Limited is a Malaysia-based globally integrated technology solutions company. The Company provides original design, original equipment and diversified integrated manufacturing solutions for multinational companies in the analytical and life sciences, automotive, healthcare, industrial and semiconductor industries. The Company's segments include Mechatronics, Integrated Manufacturing Services (IMS), Investment Holding and Management Services, and Others. Mechatronics specializes in the design and manufacture of complex electro-mechanical assemblies and automation systems for original equipment manufacturers. The IMS specializes in integrated solutions to manufacture plastic components for assembly into modules and finished products. It also designs and manufactures oil filters. The other segment comprises investments in property holding companies, and companies in the business of producing, testing and trading adhesive products and thermal management products.
