Profile Summary
Frasers Property Limited is a Singapore-based investment holding company. The principal activities of the Company include investment holding, real estate development, investment in real estate assets as well as management of real estate assets. It operates as an investor, developer and manager of real estate products and services across the property value chain. The Company's segments include Singapore, Australia, Industrial, Hospitality, Thailand and Vietnam, and Others. The Company's multi-national businesses operate across five asset classes: residential, retail, commercial and business parks, industrial and logistics, and hospitality. Its hospitality business owns and/or operates serviced apartments and hotels in approximately 20 countries and 70 cities in Asia, Australia, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. The Company has its businesses in Southeast Asia, Australia, Europe, and China. The Company is also a sponsor of two real estate investment trusts and one stapled trust.
