Frasers Hospitality Trust (FHT) is a Singapore-based hotel and serviced residence trust. Its stapled trust comprises Frasers Hospitality Real Estate Investment Trust (FH-REIT) and Frasers Hospitality Business Trust (FH-BT). The principal activity of FHT is to invest in income-producing real estate, which is used for hospitality purposes. Its segments include Singapore, Australia, Malaysia, Japan, United Kingdom, and Germany. Its portfolio includes InterContinental Singapore, Fraser Suites Singapore, Novotel Melbourne on Collins, Novotel Sydney Darling Square, Fraser Suites Sydney, ibis Styles London Gloucester Road, Park International London, Fraser Place Canary Wharf London, Fraser Suites Edinburgh, Fraser Suites Glasgow, Fraser Suites Queens Gate London, ANA Crowne Plaza Kobe, The Westin Kuala Lumpur and Maritim Hotel Dresden. It has approximately 3,477 keys comprising 2,635 hotel rooms, and 842 serviced residence units.
