Profile Summary
Frasers Centrepoint Trust is a developer-sponsored retail real estate investment trust. The principal activity of it is to invest in income-producing properties used primarily for retail purposes, in Singapore and overseas, with the primary objective of delivering regular and stable distributions to Unitholders and to achieve long-term capital growth. Its property portfolio comprises nine retail malls and an office building located in the suburban regions of Singapore, near homes and within minutes to transportation amenities. The retail portfolio has approximately 2.7 million square feet of net lettable area with over 1,600 leases with a focus on providing necessity spending, food and beverages and essential services. Its portfolio includes Causeway Point, Northpoint City North Wing, Changi City Point, Waterway Point, Tiong Bahru Plaza, White Sands, Hougang Mall, Century Square and Tampines 1, and Central Plaza. Frasers Centrepoint Asset Management Ltd. is the manager of the Trust.
