Notice of AGM and Dividend Timetable

 

Fonix (AIM:FNX), the mobile payments and messaging provider, announces that
its Annual Report for the year ended 30 June 2024, together with its Notice of
its 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM), are now available on the Company's
website at https://www.fonix.com/investors. Copies will be posted today to
those shareholders who have elected to receive hard copies.

The AGM is to be held at the offices of Cavendish Capital Markets Limited, 1
Bartholomew Close, London EC1A 7BL at 9:00am on 19 November 2024.

At the AGM, shareholders are being asked to approve, amongst other things, a
final dividend of 5.70p per share, which if approved, will be paid on 29
November 2024 to those shareholders who were on the register at the close of
business on 22 November 2024 (record date), with a corresponding ex-dividend
date of 21 November 2024.
