Profile Summary
Fletcher Building Limited is a manufacturer, retailer, home builder and partner in major construction and infrastructure projects. Its Building Products segment is a manufacturer, distributor, and marketer of building products used in the residential, industrial and commercial markets in New Zealand. Its Distribution segment consists of building and plumbing product distribution businesses in New Zealand. Its Concrete segment includes its interests in the concrete value chain, including extraction of aggregates, and the production of cement, concrete and concrete products. Its Australia segment manufactures and sells building materials for a range of industries across Australia. Its Residential and Development segment involves building and sale of residential homes and apartments, development and sale of commercial and residential land, and management of retirement village assets. Its Construction segment is a supplier of building and maintenance services for infrastructure projects.
