In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company
wishes to notify the market of the following:-
At 31 July 2014, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 66,904,284
ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"), all with voting rights.
No shares were held in treasury at the date of this announcement. The total
number of current voting rights in the Company is therefore 66,904,284
The above figure (66,904,284 Ordinary Shares) may be used by shareholders as
the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are
required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in the
Company.
