Fiinu PLC is a United Kingdom-based financial technology company, which offers Plugin Overdraf, which is an unbundled overdraft solution that allows customers to have an overdraft with Fiinu Bank without changing their existing bank. The Company’s principal activity is banking and technology infrastructure to support bank(s) to provide overdrafts through Open Banking to retail customers. Its platform Plugin Overdraft offers an unbundled overdraft solution, without having to switch banks. It plugs in seamlessly through Open Banking to the customer's main bank account. It also helps to build credit and avoid rejection stress. Open Banking allows the Company’s Plugin Overdraft to attach (plugin) to the customer's primary bank account, no matter which bank they may use. The Company's subsidiaries include Fiinu 2 Ltd, Fiinu Services Ltd, and Fiinu Holdings Ltd.
