Board Observer

FADEL, the developer of cloud-based brand compliance and rights and royalty
management software, is pleased to announce, Paul Jourdan of Amati Global
Investors Limited ("Amati"), and the Company have entered into an agreement
for Paul Jourdan to remain a Board Observer for a further 12 months.
