Responsibilities

evoke plc (the "Company") notifies the following transaction by a person
discharging managerial responsibilities (a PDMR) in ordinary shares of 0.5p
each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

On 20 August 2024, the Company was notified that Ori Shaked, Non-Executive
Director of the Company, purchased 378,400 Ordinary Shares, at a price of
66.0p each (the "Transaction").

Post this Transaction, Ori Shaked holds an interest of 672,882 Ordinary
Shares.
