Profile Summary
European Green Transition plc is developing a portfolio of green economy assets in Europe. The Company’s portfolio consists of projects located in Sweden, Germany, Ireland, and Cyprus, which are supportive jurisdictions for the development of green economy projects. The Company’s principal asset, the Olserum deposit in southern Sweden, contains critical rare earth elements (REEs), namely dysprosium, neodymium, and praseodymium. Its Pajala project in Northern Sweden consists of three contiguous licenses covering 52 square kilometers (km2). Its Saxony critical metals projects, consisting of the 14 km2 Eichigt license and the 381 km2 Marienberg license, are located in south-eastern Germany. The Company has expanded its portfolio of green economy assets with the addition, through exclusive option agreements, for the Cyprus copper tailings recycling project, which has the potential to recover copper and subsequent solar energy potential, and for the Altan carbon credit project in Ireland.
