Profile Summary
ESR-REIT is a Singapore-based real estate investment trust. The principal activity of the Company is to invest in a diversified portfolio of industrial properties with the primary objective of achieving an attractive level of return from rental income and long-term capital growth. The Company holds interests in a diversified portfolio of logistics properties, high-specifications industrial properties, business parks and general industrial properties. Its portfolio comprises 71 properties located across the developed markets of Singapore, Australia, and Japan, as well as investments in three property funds in Australia. Its portfolio includes 16 INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS PARK, 12 ANG MO KIO STREET 65, 136 JOO SENG ROAD, 130 JOO SENG ROAD, 128 JOO SENG ROAD, 11 CHANG CHARN ROAD, 25 CHANGI SOUTH AVENUE 2, 46A TANJONG PENJURU, 24 JURONG PORT ROAD, AIR MARKET LOGISTICS CENTRE, and 136 JOO SENG ROAD, among others. The Company’s manager is ESR-LOGOS Funds Management (S) Limited.
