The Aviation segment specializes in the operation of a commercial airport and the provision of ground handling services. The Investments segment holds a non-controlling interest in a logistics services investing business and a baggage handling business. The Non-Strategic Infrastructure segment specializes in the management, development, and realization of a portfolio of property assets, including Carlisle Lake District Airport. Its core asset, London Southend Airport, serving London and the Southeast, has its own train station located about 100 paces from the airport departure terminal. The airport infrastructure also includes Holiday Inn Hotels, the London Southend Jet Centre serving private jets and a global logistics operation.
