Profile Summary
Encompass Holdings, Inc. (Encompass) is in the business of acquiring ownership interests in developing companies across a range of industries and providing financial and managerial assistance to those companies. As of June 30, 2007, the Company had two wholly owned subsidiaries: Aqua Xtremes, Inc., which in turn owns 100% of Xtreme Engines, Inc., which in turn owns 51% of Rotary Engine Technologies, Inc, and Nacio Systems, Inc, which owns 100% of Interactive Holding Group, Inc. Aqua Xtremes, Inc. is a designer, manufacturer and marketing company for water sports equipment. One of its products is the XBoard a jet-powered personal watercraft that redefines water sports. Xtreme Engines, Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Aqua Xtremes, Inc. is refining the rotary engine, utilized in the XBoards. Rotary Engine Technologies, Inc. is a 51%-owned subsidiary of Xtreme Engines, owns considerable rotary engine intellectual property and prototypes of various power sizes.
