The Company also offers training modules, consulting on the implementation of this service, and training tools, as well as Claims defense services to its customers. Its solutions provide organizations with up-to-date policies, a resource center and real-time monitoring for drug and alcohol testing orders. The Company offers Risk Shield, which allows employers to create a core drug and alcohol policy and accounts for all regulations.
