Posting of Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of AGM and Dividend Timetable

 

Elixirr International plc (AIM:ELIX), an established, global award-winning
challenger consultancy, announces that it has posted to shareholders the
Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2023 as well as a
notice of the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to be held at Lainston House,
Woodman Lane, Sparsholt, Winchester, SO21 2LT on 25 June 2024 at 9:00 a.m.

A copy of the Annual Report and Accounts and the notice of AGM will shortly be

Dividend timetable

In addition, further to the announcement on 22 April 2024 of its final results
for the year ended 31 December 2023, the Company confirms the dates relevant
to the payment of the finrral dividend for the year ended 31 December 2023 of
9.5p per share are as follows:
