Profile Summary
Elite UK REIT is a Singapore-based real estate investment trust. The Company's investment strategy involves investing, directly or indirectly, in real estate and real estate-related assets in the United Kingdom, primarily for commercial purposes. Its objectives are to provide Unitholders with regular and stable distributions and to achieve long-term growth in distribution and net asset value per unit, while maintaining an optimal capital structure through disciplined execution of its key strategies. The portfolio comprises predominantly freehold properties located mainly in town centers, near amenities, and transportation nodes. Its portfolio comprised of approximately 149 commercial buildings located across the United Kingdom, of which over 143 are occupied. The portfolio has a geographical spread, with around 26.4% by value situated in London and the Southeast. The Company’s investment manager is Elite Commercial REIT Management Pte. Ltd.
