Posting of the Annual Report and Notice of AGM

ECO Animal Health Group plc (AIM: EAH), a rapidly growing global animal health
company with a portfolio of marketed veterinary products and a maturing
proprietary R&D pipeline, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts
for the year ended 31 March 2024 and Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM")
together with Form of Proxy have today been sent to shareholders who have
elected to receive hard copies by post.
