Profile Summary
Eargo, Inc. is a medical device company. The Company is engaged in developing products to improve the quality of life of people with hearing loss. Its Eargo hearing aids are virtually invisible, rechargeable, completely in-the-canal devices indicated to compensate for mild to moderate hearing loss. Its in-the-canal devices feature quality audio, which are designed to provide up to 16 hours of battery life and feature its soft flexible medical-grade silicon tips. It is marketing various versions of hearing aids, the Eargo Max, the Eargo Neo HiFi, Eargo 5, Eargo 6 and Eargo 7. The Company markets and sells its hearing aids primarily in a direct-to-consumer format, engaging consumers through a mix of digital and traditional marketing as well as select commercial partnership, and omni-channel (including retail). Its devices are self-fitting hearing aids and are adjusted by the user to meet the user’s hearing needs, without pre-programming or a hearing test from a hearing care professional.
