Profile Summary
DiVall Insured Income Properties 2 Limited Partnership is engaged in the business of owning and operating its investment portfolio of commercial real estate properties (the Properties). The Properties are leased on a triple net basis to, and operated by, franchisors or franchisees of national, regional, and local retail chains under primarily long-term leases. The lessees are fast food, family style, and casual/themed restaurants. The Company owns approximately eight Properties, all of which contain fully constructed fast-food/casual dining restaurant facilities. The eight Properties are operated by tenants. The Company has approximately seven separate Wendy's restaurants, and an Applebee's restaurant. The Properties are located in a total of three states.
