Result of AGM

Digitalbox plc, the mobile-first digital media business, which owns leading
websites Entertainment Daily, The Daily Mash, The Poke, The Tab and TV Guide,
announces that at the Company's Annual General Meeting on Wednesday 5 June
2024, resolutions 1-5, as set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting
dated 15 May 2024, were duly passed. The Board notes that resolution 6 did not
pass.

The results of the proxy voting will be available on the Company's website in
