Cancellation of Treasury Shares

 

DFS Furniture plc (the "Company") announces today the cancellation of treasury
shares in accordance with the provisions of section 729 of the Companies Act
2006.

In accordance with Listing Rule 12.6.4, the Company discloses the following
information:

 Date of cancellation                                                         3 May 2024
 Number of ordinary shares held in treasury cancelled (with nominal value of  4,678,120
 £0.10 per share)
 Following the cancellation the total number of ordinary shares held in       1,855,580
 treasury
 Following the cancellation the total number of ordinary shares in issue      236,000,000
 following the cancellation (excluding shares held in treasury)
