Brighton, United Kingdom - 12 June 2024 - Destiny Pharma plc (AIM: DEST) a
clinical stage innovative biotechnology company focused on the development of
novel medicines that can prevent life-threatening infections, announces that
all resolutions proposed to shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held
earlier today were duly passed.

which was made available on the Company's website and posted to shareholders
