Profile Summary
Desoto Resources Limited is an Australia-based gold and battery-metal exploration company. The Company’s principal activities include exploring and developing mineral projects, with a focus on its Northern Territory-based gold and lithium projects. The Company has an 1887 square kilometers land holding located in the Norther Territory’s 17 million-ounce Pine Creek gold province. Its Pine Creek Project is both a gold project with known gold mineralization and a conceptual lithium pegmatite project. The project is located approximately 150 kilometers (km) south of Darwin and 8 km north of Pine Creek in the Northern Territory. The project consists of six granted exploration licenses (covering 1,467 square kilometers) and three exploration license applications (covering 420 square kilometers). Its Fenix Lithium Gold Project is located within the Pine Creek Pegmatite Field. The Company’s Fenton granted licenses cover approximately 1,467 square kilometers.
