Deliveroo plc ("Deliveroo" or "the Company")
Transactions in own shares
Deliveroo announces that it has purchased 681,388 Ordinary Shares of £0.005
each (the "Shares") in the Company, through Goldman Sachs International
("GSI") on the London Stock Exchange, BXE and CXE order books, and/or
Turquoise (the "Purchase").
The Purchase was effected pursuant to Deliveroo's share purchase programme,
details of which were announced on 9 August 2024.
Date of purchase: 10 September 2024
Aggregate number of Shares purchased: 681,388
Highest price paid: 1.5290
Lowest price paid: 1.4970
Volume weighted average price paid per share: 1.5156
It is intended that the purchased Shares will be cancelled.
A full breakdown of the individual purchases by GSI (acting as principal) is
included below, which were subsequently repurchased from GSI by the Company.
Following the above transaction the Company's issued share capital is
1,623,808,602 Ordinary Shares of £0.005 (including 7,990,024 Ordinary Shares
held in treasury).
The total number of voting rights attributable to the Ordinary Shares is
therefore 1,615,818,578 (excluding 7,990,024 Ordinary Shares held in treasury)
and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by
which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or
a change to their interest in, the Ordinary Shares under the FCA's Disclosure
Guidance and Transparency Rules.
