Deliveroo plc ("Company")

Notification of transaction by Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility
("PDMR")

 

 

The Company has been informed that Will Shu, Chief Executive Officer and PDMR,
has sold 9,400,000 Ordinary Shares as set out in the table below.

 

The sale is being made to cover personal property investments. Following the
sale Will Shu continues to hold 95,762,495 shares and a further 15,358,200
Restricted Stock Units. Will Shu does not participate in the Company's annual
bonus scheme or the Performance Share Plan.

 

In accordance with Article 19 of UK Market Abuse Regulation, this notification
and public disclosure has been made in accordance with the requirements of The
UK Market Abuse Regulation of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial
Responsibilities ("PDMRs") and Persons Closely Associated with them.

This announcement includes inside information as defined in Article 7 of the
Market Abuse Regulation No. 596/2014 and is being released on behalf of
