Deliveroo plc is a United Kingdom-based delivery service company. The Company works with approximately 186,000 restaurants, grocers and retail partners, as well as around 135,000 riders to provide the on-demand delivery experience in the world. It connects local consumers, restaurants, grocers and retailers, and riders across markets to bring people the food and products they love. The Company partners with global quick-service restaurants; national casual dining chains; independent full-service restaurants; and takeaways. Its non-food retail offering, Deliveroo Shopping, works with large and small merchants in categories such as flowers, do-it-yourself (DIY), homeware, electrical goods and health and beauty. The Company engages with riders through engagement teams in each of its markets, with regular surveys, an in-app feedback tool and rider focus groups. Its riders also have access to its live order support tool, which deals with order-related issues.
