Dublin, Ireland, 2 December 2024: Datalex plc ("Datalex", the "Company" or the
"Group") (Euronext Growth Dublin: DLE) has received notification that:

 

S O'Driscoll and controlled associated entities hold, in aggregate, 17,000,000
Ordinary shares of US$0.10 each in the capital of the Company. This holding
represents approximately 9.04% of the issued ordinary share capital of the
Company.
