Profile Summary
Critical Resources Limited is an Australia-based lithium exploration and project development company focused on the exploration, development and delivery of the critical metals. The Company has a portfolio of lithium projects in Ontario, Canada to participate in the North American battery materials supply chain. The Company’s principal focus is on its flagship Mavis Lake Lithium Project, which is located approximately 19 kilometers (km) from Dryden in North-Western Ontario. The Mavis Lake Project Area is a single contiguous claim area, covering approximately 23,000 hectares. Its Graphic Lake Lithium Project is located over 55 kilometers (km) south-east of Kenora, Ontario and it is situated in the Sioux Lookout Domain of the Wabigoon Terrane in north-west Ontario. The Halls Peak Base Metals Project (Exploration License (EL) 4474) is located approximately 45km south-east of Armidale, New South Wales in the New England Fold Belt.
