Notice of Capital Markets Day
Cordiant Digital Infrastructure Limited (the "Company" or "CORD"), the
operationally focused investor specialising in digital infrastructure, managed
by Cordiant Capital Inc ("Cordiant", or the "Investment Manager"), will be
hosting a Capital Markets Day for institutional investors and analysts on
Tuesday 25 March 2025. The event will take place between 12:30pm and 6:30pm at
the offices of Deutsche Numis, 45 Gresham Street, London, EC2V 7BF.
The Capital Markets Day will include presentations and panel discussions by
members of the Investment Manager's team, senior management from the portfolio
companies and external market consultants.
These sessions will aim to offer insights into the Company's Buy, Build &
Grow strategy, key investment markets (data centres, fibre, and towers), the
various business models, and operations across the portfolio companies.
No new price sensitive information will be provided.
