PDMR Notification

 

Conduit Holdings today announces that it was notified on 22 May 2024, that:

(1)       Neil Eckert, a person discharging managerial responsibility in
CHL ("PDMR"), has purchased 980 Common Shares at a price of £5.390000 per
Common Share;

(2)       Nicola Eckert, a person closely associated (PCA) with Neil
Eckert, has purchased 1,130 Common Shares at a price of £5.420000 per Common
Share;

The above transactions both took place on 22 May 2024.

Following these transactions Neil Eckert's beneficial ownership interest
(which includes shares held by PCA Nicola Eckert) stands at 744,676 common
shares.

with the requirements of the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) 596/2014 (which
