Comarch SA is a Poland-based software vendor and system integrator that specializes in the provision of information technology (IT) solutions. The Company designs, develops and delivers advanced IT systems and custom-designed computer and network software and hardware. It also provides consultation, training and implementation services. The Company also offers security, supply chain integration, e-document and workflow management, sales force automation and distribution network, and technical infrastructure solutions. It divides its activity into four segments: IT, selling information systems, hardware and IT services; Sport, engaged in sport activities through subsidiary, MKS Cracovia SSA; Investments, specialized in investments on capital and real estate market; Medicine, offering software for medical sector. It operates through subsidiaries, including Comarch AG, Comarch LLC, OOO Comarch, Comarch Oy, Comarch UK Ltd, Comarch sro, among others.
