The Company publishes a range of software packages, including Coheris CRM, which enables the handling of all contacts and processes between the customers and company; Coheris Trade that aims at maximizing the sales and marketing activities of companies; Coheris Merch, which helps retailers to enhance the implementation of their products in retail outlets and Coheris Spad, whose purpose is to complete the global relationship management, among others. Coheris SA operates several subsidiaries in Europe, including Coheris Benelux, Coheris Switzerland, Dataxpresso, Coheris GmbH and Jeemeo. As of December 31, 2011, the Company was 13.2%-owned by ALTO INVEST and 11.5%-owned by SOCADIF.
