COG Financial Services Limited is an Australia-based finance broker aggregator and equipment leasing company that serves small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The Company’s segments include Finance Broking & Aggregation, Novated Leasing, Asset Management & Lending, and All Other / Intersegment activities. Finance Broking & Aggregation activities comprise business units focused on the aggregation of broker volumes to maximize profitability through scale, and finance broking focused on a range of finance products and asset types. Novated Leasing activities comprise the provision of novated leasing and salary packaging services to government and private sector customers. Asset Management & Lending activities are focused on the management of investment funds and providing financing arrangements to commercial customers for essential business assets. All Other / Intersegment activities include equity investment in the associate Earlypay Limited, and corporate office functions.
