Chrysos Corporation Limited is an Australia-based company. The Company is a provider of novel assay services to the global mining industry through its proprietary PhotonAssay technology. Assaying involves the analysis of ore or other materials to determine the presence and quantity of valuable metals or other constituents. The PhotonAssay technology causes excitation of atomic nuclei allowing enhanced analysis of gold, silver, copper and other elements in approximately two minutes. PhotonAssay units are deployed to mine sites and independent laboratories which provide assay services. The Company's segments include Asia Pacific (APAC), Europe, Middle East, and Americas. Its subsidiaries include Chrysos AU Operations Pty Ltd, Chrysos UK Services Ltd, PhotonAssay Mexico S.A. DE C.V, PhotonAssay Operations, and PhotonAssay New Zealand Pty Ltd, among others.
