China SHESAYS Medical Cosmetology Inc. is a holding company that operates in the cosmetology industry. All of the Company’s operations are conducted in China through Chengdu BOAN Investment Management Co., Ltd, the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary in China, and through contractual arrangements with several of its consolidated affiliated entities in China, including Sichuan SHESAYS Cosmetology Hospital Co., Ltd. and its subsidiaries. It specializes in cosmetology treatments, integrated medical treatment and medical training. Its core clinical departments include cosmetic surgery, cosmetic dermatology, cosmetic dentistry and cosmetic traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). The cosmetic surgery services include eye shaping, facial contouring, wrinkle elimination, breast surgery, liposuction, and gynecological and male plastic surgery. The cosmetic dentistry department’s services include optical fluoride whitening, porcelain and Cercon tooth implants.
