Its investment objectives is to build a portfolio of high quality Australian industrial assets to deliver income and capital growth to investors. It specializes in real estate sectors including industrial, agriculture, real estate finance, healthcare, decentralized office, large-format retail and daily-needs retail. Its portfolio includes about 89 fit-for-purpose industrial assets situated within infill locations and close to key infrastructure. Its investment properties portfolio includes 207-219 Browns Rd, Noble Park; 45 Fulton Dr, Derrimut; 324-332 Frankston-Dandenong Rd, Dandenong South; 82 Rodeo Drive, Gregory Hills; 37-51 Scrivener St, Warwick Farm; 346 Boundary Road, Derrimut; 31-35 Hallam South Road, Hallam; 149 Kerry Rd, Archerfield, and others.
