Change of Company Secretary

 

Centaur Media Plc ("Centaur" or "the Company") announces the resignation of
Helen Silver as Company Secretary with effect from 15 May 2024. The Board
thanks Helen for her contribution and service during her tenure.

 

The Company is pleased to announce that Ciara Galbraith has been appointed by
the Board as the new Company Secretary. Ciara is also the Company's General
Counsel.
