The Company's diversified product mix ranges from land subdivisions in residential communities, to medium and high-density apartments and townhouses in inner-city neighborhoods and supporting retail and commercial developments. It has 35 projects across Australia and a pipeline of more than 9,000 lots. Its project includes Millars Landing, North Baldivis; Mason Quarter, Wollert; Clara Place, Fraser Rise; 88 Leveson, North Melbourne; Ariella, Brabham; Marella Apartments, Fletcher's Slip; Jackson Green, Clayton South; Botanica Apartments, Glenside, and others. Millars Landing is close to Perth and Wellard and offers convenient access to the Kwinana Freeway and public transport. 88 Leveson is a boutique collection of 15 luxury town houses in the heart of North Melbourne.
