The Securities: Issuer: Assemblin Caverion Group AB (publ) Guarantor (if any): The Notes will be guaranteed within 90 days of the Issue Date by Assemblin Financing AB (formerly Assemblin Group AB), Assemblin Holding AB, Assemblin AB, Assemblin Sweden AB, Assemblin Norge AS, Fidelix Holding Oy, Assemblin AS, Assemblin VS AB, Assemblin El AB, Assemblin Ventilation AB, Fidelix Oy, Assemblin Oy, Crayfish BidCo Oy and Crayfish HoldCo Oy.
