The Company enables organizations to obtain needed liquidity by using an asset-backed approach rather than a traditional credit approach to originating new loans, buying and selling existing loans, and converting distressed collateral into cash or trade-able form. Its real estate-backed loan programs include bridge loans, long-term loans and construction loans. It operates in the commercial real estate lending market, the life settlement portfolio finance market, and the commercial financing market.
