Announcement:
 
The Issuer announces the withdrawal from the rating provided by ARC Ratings S.A. ("ARC") and instructed ARC to discontinue the rating coverage of the issue with effect from 14 April 2020. At the date of withdrawal ARC publicly reported that Interest payments to Noteholders have been paid in full and on time and that interest reserves are at their required levels. 
 
The issuer believes institutional investors prefer to conduct their own due diligence or commission a private credit opinion and that a public rating is not particularly suited to wholesale Note Programmes.
