Annual report 2024 and notice of 2024 annual general meeting

Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia" or the "Company") announces that the
following documents have today been posted or otherwise made available to
shareholders:

·        the annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 March
2024 ("Annual Report 2024");

·        a circular containing the notice of its annual general
meeting to be held on 17 July 2024 ("2024 AGM Circular"); and

·        a form of proxy (the "Proxy").

Copies of the Annual Report 2024, the 2024 AGM Circular and the Proxy,
together with the proposed rules for the Caledonia Share Incentive Plan as
described in the 2024 AGM Circular, have been uploaded to the National Storage
Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at
https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism
(https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism) in compliance with
Listing Rule 9.6.1R.  Copies can also be viewed on the Company's website at
www.caledonia.com (http://www.caledonia.com) .

On 21 May 2024, Caledonia released its final results for the year ended 31
March 2024 under RNS number 1826P.  This announcement contained the regulated
information in relation to annual financial reports required to be made public
in unedited full text by Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 6.3.5.
