Cadogan Petroleum plc (“Cadogan”), the independent oil and gas company
listed on the main market of the London Stock Exchange, reports that it has
reached an agreement with Actio Law Firm for the sale of Ramet Holdings
Limited, a wholly owned Cypriot subsidiary.
