Notification of Transaction by Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities

 

Burford Capital Limited, the leading global finance and asset management firm
focused on law, provides the following notification of a transaction by a
person discharging managerial responsibilities. On August 21, 2024, Chris
Halmy, Vice Chair and Non-Executive Director, used his deferred cash
compensation to purchase 750 ordinary shares of nil par value of Burford
Capital Limited through the Burford Capital Deferred Compensation Plan.

 

The Notification of Dealing Form for the transaction set forth above is
