The following prospectus has been approved by the Financial Conduct Authority
and is available for viewing.

 

Prospectus dated 18 June 2024 for the issue of £300m 5.75 per cent. Notes due
20 June 2030 issued by Burberry Group plc, unconditionally and irrevocably
guaranteed by Burberry Limited (UK), Burberry Limited (US), Burberry
(Wholesale) Limited and Burberry Asia Limited (the 'Prospectus').
