DIRECTOR DECLARATION

 

 

Burberry Group plc (the "Company") announces that Alan Stewart, independent
Non-Executive Director of the Company and Audit Committee Chair, has been
appointed as an independent Non-Executive Director of Haleon plc with effect
from 1 September 2024.   Alan will join the Haleon plc Audit & Risk,
Environmental & Social Sustainability, Nominations and Governance and
Remuneration Committees on appointment and will become Chair of the Audit
& Risk Committee on 1 October 2024.

 

This disclosure is made in accordance with LR 6.4.9 R(2) of the Listing Rules.
