Katherine Jones appointed as Chief Financial Officer

Brooks Macdonald Group plc ("The Group," "Brooks Macdonald") is pleased to
announce the appointment of Katherine Jones as Chief Financial Officer ("CFO")
and Executive Director with effect from 1 November 2024, subject to regulatory
approval.

Katherine has extensive experience in Financial Services and a strong track
record of leadership and driving financial performance. Most recently she was
Group Finance Director at Phoenix Group Holdings plc. Prior to that, she held
senior finance roles at Prudential plc and Just Group plc. Katherine is a
Chartered Accountant and began her career at KPMG.

Andrea Montague, CEO Designate and Chief Financial Officer of Brooks
